I wrote this story after spending a long time thinking about how I could write a zombie story with a twist. And here it is!

As part of the Faber Academy "Writing a Novel" course, I put together this short story about the past, relationships and jumping to conclusions.

This is a "flash fiction" story which won second prize in a Faber Academy competition. Very short and inspired by an unusual photograph.
